Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – Business Tax

Fully Remote | U.S. Based

Compensation: $140,000 – $200,000+ base + annual bonus + profit sharing

About the Role:

We are seeking to add an experienced Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager or Director to our Business Tax group. This role is primarily focused on business entities — S-corps, C-corps, and partnerships — with some related individual work for business owners and key stakeholders.

This is a client-facing leadership role where you will manage engagements, advise business owners, and play a key part in tax planning and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and review tax returns for S-corps, C-corps, partnerships, and related individual filings
• Lead year-round tax planning, entity structuring, and advisory work
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of middle-market business clients
• Oversee engagement timelines, technical quality, and deliverables
• Review work prepared by seniors and associates and provide coaching and development
• Partner with firm leadership on complex tax issues and client strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting experience in a CPA firm
• Experience at the Supervisor, Manager or Senior Manager level
• Strong technical background across S-corps, C-corps, and partnerships
• Experience reviewing returns and managing engagements
• Comfortable serving as a primary advisor to business owners and executives
• CPA or EA
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience with manufacturing, construction, real estate, or professional services clients is a plus, but not required.
