Account Executive / Bookkeeper (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office) - Music/Entertainment Focus

Location: Beverly Hills/West LA

Salary: Up to $110K + Bonus + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of music industry clients
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financials

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (business management or entertainment industry experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, AgiLink or similar)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• A proactive, client-service mindset
