What You'll Do

You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, preparing and reviewing tax returns while serving as a trusted advisor to individuals and closely held businesses across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses
• Developing strong client relationships and providing proactive tax planning and advisory services
• Researching complex tax issues and recommending practical solutions
• Mentoring and developing junior staff
• Managing multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality client service
• Collaborating with partners and leadership on client strategy and business development opportunities

What We're Looking For

• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Public accounting tax experience
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual and closely held business tax returns
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Desire to grow professionally within a collaborative, people-first firm
