The Role:

As a Client Accounting Senior Associate, you'll manage day-to-day accounting for a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses and family offices while working 100% remotely from anywhere in Florida. This isn't traditional bookkeeping—you'll serve as a trusted advisor helping clients make informed financial decisions through strategic insights and sophisticated cloud-based accounting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for portfolio of CAS clients (AR/AP, payroll support, bank reconciliations)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with narrative analysis
• Support month-end and year-end close processes for multiple client engagements
• Provide cash flow reporting, KPI dashboards, and operational insights to business owners
• Implement and optimize cloud-based accounting systems (QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.)
• Collaborate with tax and assurance teams to deliver seamless, integrated client service
• Communicate directly with clients to build relationships and address complex accounting questions
• Support client onboarding, systems implementation, and process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to expand advisory services and deliver proactive recommendations

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in client accounting services, outsourced accounting, or public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA license preferred
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud-based accounting platforms
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent client communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts clearly
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

Total Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
