Remote Transaction Advisory Associate or Supervisor
Location: 100% Remote (US-based)
Compensation: Up to $135,000 base + performance bonus
Requirements: 3+ years transaction advisory experience

What You Will Do
- Lead buy and sell side quality of earnings and transaction advisory engagements for middle market clients
- Serve as primary client contact on active deal engagements — managing relationships, timelines, and deliverables
- Analyze financial statements, working capital, and key business drivers to support transaction decisions
- Identify and communicate key findings, risks, and opportunities to clients and deal teams
- Mentor and develop senior associates and staff
- Collaborate with assurance, tax, and business advisory teams on comprehensive client engagements
- Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- CPA or CMA preferred
- 3+ years of transaction advisory experience
- Both buy and sell side experience is a plus
- Industry experience across construction, manufacturing, professional services, private equity, logistics, or real estate is a plus
- Strong financial analysis and quality of earnings experience
- Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
