A highly respected and well-established luxury residential General Contractor based in West Palm Beach is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you will take a leadership role overseeing the successful delivery of ultra-luxury residential projects from preconstruction through completion.

You'll work closely with ownership, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the firm's exceptionally high standards for quality, schedule, budget, and client experience.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day management of luxury residential construction projects
  • Oversee projects valued at $50M+, including high-profile Palm Beach residences
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall execution
  • Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders
  • Review plans, specifications, scopes, and construction documents
  • Monitor quality control and ensure work meets the firm's exacting standards
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Track project costs and work closely with the team to maintain budget performance
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Drive projects toward successful, on-time completion while maintaining exceptional quality


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing high-end luxury residential construction projects
  • Experience with projects of significant scale and complexity
  • Strong understanding of luxury residential construction, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Professional presence and ability to represent the company with sophisticated clientele
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
  • Palm Beach / South Florida construction experience is a strong plus
