Remote Client Accounting Services Manager

HNW & Advisory Client Focus | Fully Remote | Modern Boutique CPA Firm

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based)

Compensation: $85K–$105K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are working with a modern boutique CPA and advisory firm that supports high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, real estate investors, professional service firms, entertainment industry professionals, and closely held businesses nationwide.

This firm has built a strong reputation by combining sophisticated accounting, advisory, and business management services with a modern, technology-driven approach. Their team operates in a highly collaborative environment focused on delivering personalized client service while leveraging cloud-based systems, automation, and AI-powered tools to create a more streamlined and forward-thinking client experience.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing accounting relationships from start to finish, and serving as a trusted advisor rather than only handling transactional accounting work.

What They Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced accounting, or business management accounting experience
• Strong experience managing the full accounting cycle for multiple clients
• Background supporting HNW clients, professional services, real estate, or entrepreneurial clients
• Experience managing approximately 20–35 client relationships simultaneously
• QuickBooks Online experience required
• Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills
• Previous remote work experience strongly preferred
• CPA is a plus, but not required
