What You’ll Do

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and closely held businesses
• Serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse and sophisticated client base across California, the U.S., and internationally
• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and client growth opportunities
• Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA or EA designation required
• Strong technical tax knowledge and client-facing communication skills
• Experience reviewing returns and managing engagements
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment
• Leadership mindset with interest in long-term growth and advancement
