As a Recruiter here, you'll really be more of a "Headhunter" in a Sales role and have complete control of the full life cycle recruiting for your book of business (both client & candidate side). As you're building your book, you'll have immediate opportunities to collaborate with the team on active roles and earn commission as soon as your first month on the job. More importantly, we're offering a supportive environment and robust training program to help you succeed and hit the ground running asap.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years B2B Sales Exp. OR 1+ year Full-Desk Recruiting Exp. Required
• Hungry, motivated, and sales mindset with comfortability working in a remote setting
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
