We are a growing, boutique permanent placement Recruiting Firm with a nationwide presence and a strong leadership team. Operating as a virtual firm has given us the flexibility to bring on strong talent, while also growing our book of business across the U.S. The verticals we specialize in include, but are not limited to, Accounting, Finance, Construction, and Technology, to name a few.

As a Recruiter here, you'll really be more of a "Headhunter" in a Sales role and have complete control of the full life cycle recruiting for your book of business (managing both clients & candidates).

As you're building your book, you'll have immediate opportunities to collaborate with the team on active roles and earn commission as soon as your first month on the job. We're also offering a robust training program to help you succeed and hit the ground running asap to take advantage of our competitive commission structure (up to 40% of quarterly billing).

What We Are Looking For:

• Prefer at least 2+ years B2B Sales Exp. OR 1+ year Full-Desk Recruiting Exp.
• Self-motivated & eager to grow with a sales mentality
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous remote work experience - strongly preferred
