Account Manager — Music & Entertainment Business Management

A growing boutique business management firm specializing in music and entertainment clients is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Nashville team. What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted financial partner to a roster of music and entertainment clients. You’ll oversee day-to-day financial operations while building strong, long-term relationships.

• Manage client accounts including budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financial statements
• Coordinate with business managers, tax professionals, and client teams
• Monitor income, expenses, and touring activity to ensure financial accuracy
• Provide proactive insights to help clients make informed financial decisions
• Assist with royalty tracking, deal analysis, and other industry-specific needs

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of accounting or business management experience (music/entertainment preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, bookkeeping, and cash management
• Experience working with high-net-worth or creative clients is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Clear communicator who can translate financial concepts into practical insights
• Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment
