A growing boutique music and entertainment-focused business management firm in Nashville is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most dynamic artists, creatives, and entertainment professionals while playing a critical leadership role within the firm.
The Accounting Manager will serve as the final line of defense in the accounting review process — overseeing the work of Account Managers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, improving processes, and maintaining high standards in a relationship-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Review accounting work prepared by Account Managers for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure financial reporting, reconciliations, and client deliverables are accurate and timely
- Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve internal processes
- Serve as a technical accounting resource for the team
- Help maintain quality control across a diverse entertainment-focused client portfolio
- Collaborate closely with leadership in supporting firm growth and operational excellence

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to $110,000 DOE

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Prior accounting experience required, preferably within business management, entertainment, or public accounting environments
- Music or entertainment industry experience strongly preferred
- CPA preferred
- Strong attention to detail and review experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-oriented environment
