Due to continuous growth, our team is looking to bring an experienced Tax Supervisor, Tax Manager, or Senior Manager/Director to join our team! 

Must have 3+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm) and be located near Ellicott City, MD. In return, we are offering a competitive salary ($100k-$250k+) Depending on Experience, Full Benefits (including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Match, etc.), Annual Bonuses, Generous PTO, and Paid Holidays.

What You Will Be Doing

- Reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates 

- Planning and managing personnel 

- Maintain client relationships - knowledge of clients and all faucets of the client's business 

- Recommend/identify tax strategies that better position a client

- Understand client tax issues/research tax issues

- Assist other tax members with accounting responsibilities

What You Need for this Position

- Must have 3+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm)
