Due to continuous growth, our team is looking to bring an experienced Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our team! 

Must have 2+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm) and be located near Ellicott City, MD. In return, we are offering a competitive salary of $75k-$100k+ (Depending on Experience), Full Benefits (including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Match, etc.), Annual Bonuses, Generous PTO, and Paid Holidays.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage core accounting functions, support financial reporting, and contribute to process improvements
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close processes
• Analyze financial results and variances for internal reporting
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations teams
• May also assist in tax work

What You Need for this Position

- Must have 2+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm)

- Located near Ellicott City, MD

NOTE: We like to set our team and employees up for success so this position is fully in the office for the first 6 months - 1 year max. Then the position switches over to more of a hybrid schedule.
