Due to continuous growth, our team is looking to bring an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to join our team! 

Must have 10+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm) and be located near Ellicott City, MD. In return, we are offering a competitive salary of $160k-$300k+ (Depending on Experience), Full Benefits (including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Match, etc.), Annual Bonuses, Generous PTO, and Paid Holidays.

What You Will Be Doing

- Reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates 

- Planning and managing personnel 

- Maintain client relationships - knowledge of clients and all faucets of the client's business 

- Recommend/identify tax strategies that better position a client

- Mentoring: Tax Associates, Seniors, and Managers

What You Need for this Position

- Must have 10+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm)

- Located near Ellicott City, MD

- Experience working with complex returns and client's businesses in the range of (or around) 25M-600M+ in average revenue

NOTE: We like to set our team and employees up for success so this position is fully in the office for the first 6 months - 1 year max. Then the position switches over to more of a hybrid schedule.
