Audit Manager - Affordable Housing| Fully Remote (U.S.-based)

$120K - $150K + Bi-Annual bonuses, full benefits, 8.5 weeks total PTO, No Travel Required

With all of that said, we're looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our established affordable housing team.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead remote engagements for affordable housing entities, including LIHTC partnerships and HUD-subsidized properties
  • Perform and review audits and financial statements for:
  • Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) partnerships
  • HUD programs
  • State and local housing agencies
  • Mentor and develop senior and staff auditors, providing technical guidance specific to affordable housing and real estate audits
  • Stay current on HUd guidance, AICPA audit standards, and regulatory changes


What We're Looking For:

  • 5-7+ years of public accounting experience (required)
  • At least 1+ years of Supervisor or Management experience
  • Strong focus on Affordable Housing / Real Estate audits
  • Working knowledge of GAAS, Uniform Guidance/Single Audits/HUD audit requirements
  • Experience managing engagements through the full lifecycle
  • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
  • Active CPA
