Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – Michigan (Remote Flexibility)

Salary: 140k - 180k+ Bonus

We’re seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join our growing team in Michigan. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented network of tax professionals and business advisors serving clients across diverse industries.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements for closely held businesses, partnerships, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Provide strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services with an emphasis on proactive client relationships.
• Mentor and develop emerging tax professionals through coaching and collaboration.
• Partner with firm leadership on growth initiatives, client service excellence, and innovation within the tax practice.
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines while maintaining the flexibility to balance your personal and professional priorities.

What You Bring

• CPA license required.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.
• A desire to work collaboratively in a supportive, flexible, and growth-minded culture.
