Salary: - $125-$155k base + Benefits, 401k w/ match, PTO, Auto Allowance

Requirements: Must have large-scale ground-up Commercial Construction experience (6+ years with good tenure) (projects $5M and up)

We're a super reputable firm in the local market with one of the strongest pipelines of local large-scale commercial work.

We're looking to bring a few folks onto the team as we have several large projects in the works and upcoming around Raleigh.

The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term fit working on local large-scale ground-up commercial projects.

We have a great culture, with over 7 yrs avg. tenure on the team and some great leadership who've been with us 10+ years.

Packages will include a $125k-$155k base, bonus plan, provided vehicle, fully covered healthcare & more.

What You Need for This Role:

• At least 6+ years of full-scope ground-up commercial construction experience.
