Network Engineer - Professional Services

Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.) with 20 - 30% Travel to client sites

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 Base Salary + Benefits

Our engineering team works directly with enterprise and mid-market customers to deploy and optimize complex infrastructure solutions. We maintain strong partnerships with Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, AWS, and other leading technology manufacturers, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across client environments.

We are currently hiring a Network Engineer to join our Professional Services team, supporting infrastructure deployment and modernization initiatives across customer environments.

Position Overview

As a Professional Services Network Engineer, you will work across multiple customer environments implementing enterprise networking solutions. This includes routing and switching infrastructure, wireless deployments, and network security platforms across campus and data center environments.

You will participate in project delivery, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization while collaborating with architecture teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise network infrastructure across customer environments
• Deploy and configure Cisco routing and switching platforms
• Support implementation of network security solutions including firewalls and segmentation
• Deploy and troubleshoot wireless networking solutions across campus environments
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and network refresh initiatives
• Work directly with client IT teams during deployment and implementation phases
• Provide documentation, configuration validation, and knowledge transfer to customer teams
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues during project delivery and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with internal architects and project managers to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years of network engineering experience within enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching
• Knowledge of core networking protocols
• Experience working within a VAR, consulting, or professional services environment
• Active CCNA or CCNP certifications strongly preferred
• Experience with network security and/or wireless technologies is a plus
• Exposure to multi-vendor networking technologies is a plus
