Location: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere in the U.S.)

Compensation: $130k - $165k base + profit sharing & discretionary bonuses

Experience: 5-7+ Years of Public Accounting Experience, Active CPA (or EA), Direct Client Interaction

Compensation & Lifestyle:

  • $130k - $165k base salary (based on experience and credentials)
  • 100% Remote flexibility - the majority of the team operates remotely

What You'll Do

  • Manage and review complex tax returns: 1040s, 1065s, 1120S, 1120, and small to mid-sized businesses
  • Serve as primary tax advisor and strategic partner for high-net-worth individuals, privately held businesses, family offices, and sophisticated entities
  • Build and maintain strong, direct client relationships—communication skills are essential here
  • Work with clients across Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing/Distribution, Real Estate, Technology, Professional Services, Non-Profit, and Family Office sectors
  • Provide proactive tax planning and consulting beyond compliance
  • Mentor and develop tax staff while contributing to our collaborative firm culture
  • Partner with audit and advisory teams on integrated client service delivery


What You Bring

  • 5-7+ years of public accounting tax experience (Manager-level or strong Senior ready to step up)
  • CPA Required (EA considered for exceptional candidates)
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills - You'll be the face of the firm for your clients
  • Experience with individual, partnership, S-corp, and corporate taxation for sophisticated clients
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in both remote and collaborative environments
  • CCH Axcess experience preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years managing client relationships or staff (or ready to make that transition)
