Compensation: Up to $165k base + discretionary bonus + partner-track equity opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage tax compliance and planning for closely held businesses, pass-through entities, and high-net-worth individuals
- Lead and develop client relationships with a quality-first approach — this is not a volume-first environment
- Mentor junior and senior staff; contribute to internal training and team development
- Identify proactive tax planning opportunities and advise clients on evolving tax law
- Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on client strategy and firm growth
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required
- 5–6+ years of public accounting experience, with meaningful tax review and management responsibility (1-2 years as Manager)
- Strong background in pass-through entities, closely held businesses, and/or HNW individual taxation
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
