The Role

As an Audit Manager, you will lead engagements, mentor staff, and serve as a key advisor to clients while helping drive the continued growth of the firm’s assurance practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple audit and assurance engagements
  • Review work prepared by seniors and staff to ensure quality and compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them grow professionally
  • Collaborate with partners on engagement strategy and firm initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver greater client value


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
  • CPA license preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing engagements and leading teams
  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with team leadership
  • Desire to grow within a firm that values long-term careers
