What You'll Be Doing:
You'll manage a portfolio of clients and lead tax engagements across areas including Real Estate, Construction, Private Practice, and Non-Profit organizations.
You'll have meaningful client interaction, oversee tax engagements, review returns, provide tax planning and consulting, and work closely with staff and leadership.
This is a great fit for someone who wants the technical and client-facing aspects of public accounting without the traditional 60–70+ hour busy seasons.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or EA
- Typically 7+ years of public accounting experience
- Tax experience with Real Estate, Construction, or closely held businesses preferred
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills
- Stable career history and a desire to build a long-term home with a firm
