The Opportunity

We are seeking an Audit Senior, Supervisor, or Manager to join our audit practice in a hybrid role. This position offers exposure to a diverse client base, hands-on leadership opportunities, and a clear path for advancement within a supportive, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, perform, and supervise audit engagements from start to finish
  • Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements
  • Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations to clients and leadership
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates
  • Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and client relationships
  • Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver high-quality audit services
  • Stay current on auditing standards and firm methodologies


(Responsibilities will vary based on level.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA or CPA-eligible required
  • 3+ years of public accounting audit experience (more for Supervisor/Manager level)
  • Experience leading engagements and working directly with clients
  • Strong technical accounting and auditing skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
