The Opportunity
We are seeking an Audit Senior, Supervisor, or Manager to join our audit practice in a hybrid role. This position offers exposure to a diverse client base, hands-on leadership opportunities, and a clear path for advancement within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, perform, and supervise audit engagements from start to finish
- Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements
- Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations to clients and leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates
- Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver high-quality audit services
- Stay current on auditing standards and firm methodologies
(Responsibilities will vary based on level.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or CPA-eligible required
- 3+ years of public accounting audit experience (more for Supervisor/Manager level)
- Experience leading engagements and working directly with clients
- Strong technical accounting and auditing skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
