$90,000 – $120,000+ Base Compensation

The Opportunity

We're collaborating with a growing CPA & Advisory firm, looking to add a Senior Tax Associate to the team. The team partners closely with privately held businesses and ownership groups across a diverse range of industries, delivering both tax compliance and strategic advisory services.

This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to complex tax engagements, meaningful client interaction, and close collaboration with firm leadership — all within a fully remote and highly collaborative environment. The Position Will Include

• Reviewing and preparing returns for Partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and Individual clients

• Supporting clients with multi-state tax matters and entity structuring questions

• Working directly with business owners and leadership teams

• Mentoring staff and reviewing work product as needed

• Managing multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously

Background Sought

• Approximately 3+ years of public accounting tax experience

• Experience with individuals, flow-through entities, and business taxation

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• CPA or EA designation preferred
