We're partnered with a well-established, growing luxury residential builder with a strong reputation and one of the healthiest pipelines of ground-up custom home projects in the Martin County and northern Palm Beach County markets.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Superintendent who knows luxury custom construction, takes pride in the finished product, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values its people.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from groundbreaking through completion, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, schedules, quality control, inspections, and homeowners throughout the process.

You'll work closely with clients, architects, designers, and the internal team to ensure each project meets the company's standards for quality, craftsmanship, schedule, and client experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of ground-up luxury residential/custom home construction experience
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Strong subcontractor and vendor management skills
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners and other high-end project stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Stable work history and interest in a long-term opportunity
• Local to the Hobe Sound / Jupiter / Palm Beach Gardens market or willing to work locally
