The Role
As an Audit Senior or Audit Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, mentoring staff, and helping deliver exceptional client service.
You’ll work closely with managers and partners while gaining meaningful exposure to clients and increasing leadership responsibilities as you continue to grow within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform audit and assurance engagements for a variety of clients and industries
- Supervise, mentor, and review work prepared by associates and staff accountants
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service
- Assist with engagement planning, risk assessment, and execution
- Collaborate with firm leadership on client deliverables and engagement strategy
- Help identify process improvements and opportunities to add value to clients
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Experience leading audit engagements and supervising staff
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
- Desire to grow long-term within a highly respected regional firm
- Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
