We are a well-established, independent public accounting firm offering Tax, Audit, Business Management, and Advisory services to a sophisticated client base spanning Private Equity, Real Estate, Media & Entertainment, and High-Net-Worth Individuals and Family Offices. We've built a dedicated Trust, Estate & Gift tax practice and are growing it further, with a clear, structured path to Partner for those who want it.
Due to continued growth, we're hiring across multiple levels of our Trust, Estate & Gift team - from Tax Senior/Supervisor through Partner. This is a fiduciary-focused role: you'll be working primarily on Trusts, Estates, and Gift matters, with some High-Net-Worth 1040 work, but you won't be pulled onto business returns.

What We Are Looking For:
- Active CPA or J.D. (will also consider EA for strong candidates)
- Public accounting experience with a strong EGT focus
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and family entities
- Strong technical knowledge of fiduciary taxation and estate planning
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Leadership experience
