Position: Tax Senior Accountant

Compensation: Up to $130k base + discretionary bonuses

Requirements: 3-5 years public accounting experience, CPA not required but preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, corporate, and trust & estate tax returns
• Conduct tax research and assist with planning opportunities for clients
• Mentor and train staff accountants, reviewing their work and providing guidance
• Communicate directly with clients on technical tax matters
• Stay current on tax law changes and their implications
• Collaborate with managers and partners on client strategy and service delivery

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive public accounting experience at a CPA firm
• CPA not required but preferred
• Strong technical knowledge across individual, partnership, and corporate taxation
• Experience with complex tax returns and research
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
