What You’ll Do

• Lead and review complex tax engagements for UHNW individuals, family groups, and real estate partnerships.
• Provide proactive and strategic tax planning for clients with multi-state, multi-entity, and investment-heavy profiles.
• Direct and mentor staff in a collaborative, low-stress environment where people actually enjoy working together.
• Manage client relationships—and build new ones—with a white-glove, service-first mindset.
• Partner closely with the firm’s leadership to shape processes, culture, and long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

• CPA license required.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience with heavy exposure to HNW, complex individual taxation, Corporate and partnership returns.
• Strong technical and research skills; ability to navigate nuanced planning scenarios.
• Someone who values autonomy, communication, and strong client relationships.
• A relaxed, friendly professional who thrives in a casual, flexible environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience with family offices or entertainment/creative-industry clients.
• Comfort working hands-on in a dynamic boutique environment.
• Experience leading a team
