Fully Remote Senior Tax Manager - Private Client Services

Candidates MUST reside in the United States

Salary: Up to $190K+ w/ annual bonus (depending on experience)

We are a nationally recognized Top 200 CPA firm that is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our growing Private Client Services team. We are known for strong culture, reasonable busy season hours, flexible leadership, and high-level HNW client work without the burnout culture found at larger firms. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in HNW, trust & estate, and tax planning who wants long-term growth, flexibility, and real work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review complex HNW Individual, Trust & Estate returns
• Lead tax planning and advisory engagements
• Manage client relationships
• Mentor and develop staff
• Partner with leadership on practice growth initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Active CPA license, EA may be considered
• Leadership and client-facing experience preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of public accounting tax experience with a strong background in:
• HNW Individuals
• Trust & Estate (1041/706)
• Complex tax planning

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $190K+
