The Work

• Sophisticated tax work across entrepreneurs, multi-entity groups, and HNW individuals
• Mix of prep and review (no last-minute cleanup roles)
• Ownership of client relationships without constant fire drills
• Busy season expectations that are communicated upfront

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Tax Manager or strong Senior ready for the next step
• Experience with 1040s, 1065s, 1120S (some 1120 exposure helpful)
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• CPA or EA preferred

Comp & Setup

• $130K–$175K base + bonus
• Fully remote (U.S.-based)
• Near-term start dates available
