Key Responsibilities

• Review complex tax returns for pass-through entities and HNW individuals (S-Corps & Partnerships)
• Manage and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Lead tax engagements from planning through completion
• Mentor, develop, and oversee staff and senior accountants
• Provide technical guidance on tax matters and compliance
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards across engagements

What We’re Looking For

• Active CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) required
• At least 3-5+ years of public accounting and tax experience
• Strong expertise in pass-through entities (S-Corps & Partnerships)
• Experience reviewing complex returns and leading engagements
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• Prior experience mentoring or supervising team members
