A nationally respected CPA and advisory firm is expanding its Private Client Services (PCS) practice and is seeking two experienced professionals to join the team:

  • Senior HNW Tax Manager – for seasoned leaders ready to guide sophisticated client engagements
  • HNW Tax Manager – for rising stars (Senior/Supervisor level) looking for the next step in their career


Both roles focus on advising and serving high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, entrepreneurs, and family offices. The firm is known for its collaborative, supportive culture and strong reputation across the U.S.


These are remote opportunities available to candidates nationwide (with a preference for MST / PST time zones). Travel is optional and only occasional.

The Roles

Senior HNW Tax Manager

  • Lead tax compliance and planning for complex private client groups
  • Review returns for HNW individuals, trusts, estates, and related entities
  • Provide forward-looking guidance on estate & gift planning, trust taxation, liquidity events, charitable giving, and multistate/international issues
  • Mentor and manage a team, providing technical guidance and leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building lasting client relationships

HNW Tax Manager

  • Manage compliance and tax planning for HNW families and trusts
  • Review and oversee filings with increasing exposure to advisory projects
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on sophisticated planning strategies
  • Mentor junior staff and continue developing advanced technical skills
  • Excellent career path for motivated Tax Seniors or Supervisors



Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • Master’s in Taxation preferred

Experience

  • Senior Manager: 10+ years public accounting, with 5+ in HNW/private client tax
  • Manager: 5–8 years in public accounting with demonstrated HNW experience
  • Strong background in individual, trust, estate, and pass-through entity taxation
  • Proven ability to manage complex engagements and client relationships


Certifications

  • CPA or EA required
  • Advanced credentials (MST, CFP®, LLM, etc.) are a plus


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $200,000 (dependent on experience/role)
