Software Solutions Manager – Cisco EA / Lifecycle Strategy

Fully Remote - U.S.


We’re partnered with a national IT solutions provider that is continuing to invest heavily into the software, lifecycle, and customer success side of the business and is looking to add a Software Solutions Manager focused primarily around Cisco Enterprise Agreements and lifecycle strategy.


This is a leadership-oriented role sitting at the intersection of enterprise sales, software strategy, renewals, customer success, and lifecycle management. The organization is looking for someone who understands how to help drive long-term customer value and expansion opportunities around Cisco software programs - not someone coming purely from an operational licensing background.


The role will work closely with enterprise account teams, leadership, OEM partners, and customers to help strengthen and scale the company’s Cisco software and lifecycle initiatives nationally.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping lead and mature the Cisco EA / software lifecycle strategy internally
  • Partnering with enterprise sales teams on large customer opportunities and software initiatives
  • Supporting customer adoption, renewals, lifecycle planning, and expansion strategies
  • Acting as a subject matter expert around Cisco Enterprise Agreements and software programs
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, services, and leadership teams
  • Assisting with process improvement, best practices, and long-term software growth initiatives
  • Helping customers maximize value and utilization across Cisco software investments


Skills Sought

  • Experience working within a VAR, integrator, MSP, or OEM environment
  • Strong background with Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EA)
  • Experience around software lifecycle management, renewals, customer success, or software strategy
  • Ability to work closely with enterprise sales teams and customer leadership
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience helping build or scale software / lifecycle motions internally is highly preferred
