We’re a fully remote boutique CPA and Business Management firm supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and creatives. As our firm grows, we’re looking for a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager who wants meaningful client relationships, interesting work, and a healthy work/life balance - without the stress of a big firm/ excessive hours that come with that type of environment. We also operate independently with no help from Private Equity.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and review complex tax engagements for HNW individuals, family groups, and real estate partnerships.
• Provide proactive tax strategy for multi-entity, multi-state, and investment-heavy clients.
• Mentor and support staff in a collaborative, friendly environment.
• Manage and grow client relationships with a high-touch service approach.
• Work directly with firm leadership to refine processes and contribute to long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA License preferred (will also consider EA)
• Minimum 5+ years in Public Accounting & Tax
• Strong exposure to HNW, complex individual taxation, real estate, and partnerships.
• Currently managing a Tax team in a client-facing role and handling high-level reviews
• Preferred: Previous remote experience & CCH Axcess experience
