Audit Manager | Not-For-Profit Specialist | 100% Remote
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: up to $140k base (depending on experience)
Requirements: CPA required, NFP audit experience required (at a public accounting firm), and 1-2 years in a manager/supervisor position
We are a fast-growing, 60-person CPA firm that works exclusively with not-for-profit organizations, hiring an Audit Manager to lead engagements for private foundations, trade associations, and charitable organizations. This isn’t a firm where NFP sits at the bottom of the priority list—it’s our entire focus, and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage audit engagements for not-for-profit clients including private foundations and charitable organizations
- Lead Uniform Guidance (Single Audit) engagements
- Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors
- Coordinate with tax and advisory teams on comprehensive client service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- CPA required
- 1-2 years of manager/supervisor-level audit experience
- NFP audit experience required (at a public accounting firm)
