The Opportunity

We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This is a generalist role with real breadth — you will work across individual, corporate, partnership, and high-net-worth tax matters, advising a diverse client base while managing and developing the people below you.

What You'll Do

• Manage and review complex tax engagements across a generalist book — individual returns, pass-through entities, C-corps, and high-net-worth clients
• Go beyond compliance to drive proactive tax planning and advisory conversations with clients
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates
• Partner directly with firm leadership on client relationships — you will have a seat at the table
• Contribute to business development as you grow into the role
• Leverage modern tax technology to improve quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, with at least 1–2 years managing or supervising others
• Background at a Big 4 or top 25 firm strongly preferred — you know what rigorous looks like
• Generalist tax foundation across individual, corporate, and flow-through; HNW experience a strong plus
• Active CPA license required
• Strong client-facing communication skills — someone clients trust and want to call back
• Self-directed and accountable; you deliver excellent work without needing someone looking over your shoulder
• Comfortable and effective working in a remote-first environment
