A respected Cincinnati-based firm—serving clients for approximately 35 years—is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded tax professional who values flexibility, autonomy, and a workplace that truly prioritizes balance.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and review a broad mix of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary)
- Provide practical tax planning, research, and advisory support
- Apply your generalist background across multiple tax areas
- Mentor and support staff accountants
- Work with leadership and clients to deliver clear, thoughtful tax guidance
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
What We’re Looking For
- CPA required
- 5+ years of comprehensive tax experience
- Strong generalist tax background with exposure to multiple entity types
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A professional who values balance, teamwork, and steady, long-term growth
