Position: High Net Worth Tax Manager – Fully Remote

Salary: $140k–$200k+ (DOE) + Annual Bonuses

Location: Fully Remote - anywhere in the U.S.

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced High Net Worth Tax Manager to lead and review complex Individual, Trust, Gift, and related pass-through engagements. You’ll manage client relationships, provide planning and advisory support, and help guide the continued growth of our PCS practice.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review complex 1040s, Trust, Estate, and Gift returns
  • Manage HNW client engagements, planning initiatives, and deliverables
  • Provide tax strategy and advisory support across multi-state, multi-entity, and compensation planning
  • Lead client communication and relationship management
  • Mentor staff and contribute to PCS process improvements


What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of public accounting experience in HNW / Individual / PCS tax
  • CPA required; MST preferred
  • Strong review experience across Individual, Trust, and multi-entity returns
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements in a remote environment


Senior Manager & Associate Director opportunities available for 8 - 15+ years of experience.
