About the Role:

As a Tax Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, manage complex tax engagements, and provide strategic tax planning and compliance solutions. You'll work closely with partners and mentor junior staff, all while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and review preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Manage multiple tax engagements and client relationships with a focus on high-quality service
• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting for a variety of clients
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and seniors
• Stay up to date on tax law changes and ensure compliance with current tax regulations
• Contribute to firm initiatives that promote continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are a CPA with 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting
• Have strong experience with diverse entities (individuals, S-corps, partnerships, etc.)
• Thrive in a remote setting and communicate well with distributed teams
• Enjoy working directly with clients and solving complex tax issues
• Lead with integrity, accountability, and a collaborative spirit
