Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect – Modern Data Center / EVPN / AI Infrastructure

A national technology solutions provider is expanding its modern infrastructure architecture team and is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect focused on modern data center and enterprise networking environments. This role centers on helping enterprise clients modernize their infrastructure through spine-leaf data center fabrics, EVPN-VXLAN architectures, high-performance networking, hybrid cloud connectivity, and AI-ready infrastructure designs.

You will work closely with enterprise account teams to design and position large-scale infrastructure initiatives across a wide range of industries.

This is a high-visibility architecture role with a clear path toward practice leadership or regional architecture leadership as the business continues to expand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise clients
• Design modern data center fabrics (spine-leaf, EVPN-VXLAN, large-scale routing architectures)
• Architect enterprise networking environments across data center, WAN, and hybrid cloud
• Support AI-ready infrastructure and high-performance networking initiatives
• Partner with account teams to develop solution strategies for complex infrastructure initiatives
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and solution documentation
• Conduct whiteboard sessions, technical workshops, and executive-level discussions
• Collaborate with OEM partners and engineering teams on design validation and technical strategy
• Support proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations where required

Skills Sought:

• 7+ years designing enterprise networking or data center architectures
• Experience with modern data center networking (spine-leaf fabrics, VXLAN, EVPN, large-scale routing architectures)
• Experience working in a pre-sales solutions architect or consulting architect role
• Experience supporting enterprise networking platforms such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar
• Exposure to SD-WAN and WAN modernization initiatives
• Strong client-facing communication and architecture presentation skills
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting AI infrastructure, HPC networking, or GPU-based data center environments
• Exposure to network automation or fabric management platforms (Ansible, Python, CloudVision, Apstra, DNAC)
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCDE, CCNP, JNCIE, PCNSE, or similar
• Prior experience working within a VAR, integrator, or consulting environment
