Tax Senior / Supervisor | Miami, FL (Hybrid) | Up to $135K

Location: Miami, FL – Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

Compensation: $100,000 – $135,000 base + discretionary bonus (10–15%)

Requirements: CPA or EA preferred | 4–5+ years of public accounting tax experience | Construction, real estate, or closely-held business background a plus

The Role:

As a Tax Senior or Supervisor, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of tax clients across construction, real estate, and closely-held businesses while developing the leadership skills that will carry you to manager and beyond. This role is designed for an experienced tax professional ready to take meaningful ownership of client work, start mentoring junior staff, and grow into a firm that has a clear path waiting—including potential involvement in an expanding international tax practice.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review complex tax returns and compliance for construction, real estate, and closely-held business clients
  • Begin supervising and reviewing the work of staff associates
  • Build and maintain direct client relationships as a trusted day-to-day contact
  • Mentor junior team members and support their technical development
  • Support international tax initiatives as the practice continues to grow


What You Bring:

  • 4–5+ years of public accounting tax experience with solid tenure
  • Strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • CPA or EA license (preferred)
  • Experience with small-to-mid-market clients
  • Industry exposure in construction, real estate, or closely-held businesses is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with CCH ProSystem fx and CCH Engagement

Total Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)
  • Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus (10–15% of base)
  • Health Benefits: 80% employer-paid medical and dental
  • Retirement: 4% 401(k) match
  • Time Off: 15–20 PTO days plus paid holidays
  • Professional Development: Continuing education support and CPA/EA maintenance
