Senior / Supervisor – Client Accounting Services & Advisory (CAS)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior or Supervisor to join our CAS & Advisory team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working closely with clients, managing engagements, and delivering high-value advisory insights. You will play a key role in supporting small to mid-sized businesses with their accounting needs while helping to grow and shape our CAS practice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review client accounting engagements, including monthly/quarterly close, financial reporting, and general ledger oversight
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Provide advisory services such as budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and KPI development
  • Supervise and mentor staff, reviewing work and supporting professional development
  • Assist clients with process improvements, system implementations, and accounting best practices
  • Collaborate with tax and audit teams to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and contribute to practice growth


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting or CAS experience highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a supervisory role
