Tax Manager – Fully Remote

Small Business Focus | Modern CPA Firm | Fully Remote | ~50 Hr Busy Seasons

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based)

Compensation: $120K–$180K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are working with a growing boutique CPA & advisory firm that has built a strong reputation supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, professional service firms, tech start-ups, and digital-first companies across the U.S.

The firm has grown steadily over the past several years and has created a more streamlined, tech-enabled environment focused on delivering high-level client service without the burnout culture often seen in public accounting.

What They Are Looking For:

• Active CPA or EA required
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience reviewing S-Corp, Partnership, and Individual returns
• Background working with small business clients required
• Previous remote work experience strongly preferred
• Experience with professional services firms, start-ups, or entrepreneurial clients is a plus
• UltraTax experience strongly preferred
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
