Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-Based)

Salary: 80k-110k Base + Bonus

We are seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Senior or Supervisor to join our fully remote team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while helping clients strengthen their financial operations.

Position Overview

As a CAS Senior/Supervisor, you will manage client engagements, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, review staff work, and serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and leadership teams. This role combines technical accounting expertise with client-facing advisory responsibilities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming out of public accounting who enjoys client interaction but wants a more predictable schedule and advisory-focused work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple outsourced accounting engagements from start to finish
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and/or review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and seniors
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls
• Coordinate with tax and audit teams as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing)
• 3–7+ years of experience in public accounting or outsourced accounting services
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, etc.)
• Prior experience reviewing staff work (Supervisor level)
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment
