Remote HNW Tax Manager | Independent Boutique CPA Firm | Partner Track | Low Busy Season Hours


Location: 100% Remote (Must be located in the US & authorized to work)

Compensation: Up to $160,000 base + discretionary bonus

Requirements: 5–7+ years public accounting tax experience with HNW focus | CPA required

We are hiring a HNW Tax Manager to join a growing remote practice focused on high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and estates. If you have spent years doing sophisticated HNW work and want a firm where that expertise is valued — not commoditized — this is worth your time.

What We Are Looking For

  • Active CPA required
  • 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience with a meaningful HNW focus
  • Strong technical foundation in high-net-worth individual taxation, trust and estate planning, and pass-through entities
  • Experience managing client relationships and reviewing the work of tax staff
  • Comfortable advising clients directly on complex planning matters
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fully remote environment
