We are a Pacific Northwest-based, mid-sized CPA firm seeking a fully remote Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with a specialization in pass-through entities to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team.

What You'll Do

As a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager focused on pass-through entities, you’ll:

  • Review and manage complex federal and multi-state tax returns for partnerships and S-corporations
  • Advise clients on tax planning strategies, structuring, and compliance related to pass-through entities
  • Supervise and mentor tax staff, helping them develop both technically and professionally
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters
  • Identify and research complex tax issues and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with partners on client strategy, process improvements, and firm initiatives
  • Work in a fully remote environment with a high degree of independence and support


What We're Looking For

  • CPA license required
  • 6+ years of recent public accounting experience, with a strong focus on partnerships and S-corporations
  • Deep understanding of pass-through taxation, including basis calculations, allocations, and distribution planning
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships and engagements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with a self-starter mindset
  • Experience with CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, or similar tax software is a plus
