Location: 100% Remote (US-based)
Compensation: Up to $120,000 base + performance bonus

We are hiring a Transaction Advisory Senior to join a growing TAS practice — a newer, high-impact team where you will have real visibility, real responsibility, and a clear path to Manager and beyond from day one.

What You Will Do
- Support buy and sell side quality of earnings and transaction advisory engagements for middle market clients
- Assist with financial statement analysis, working capital analysis, and key business driver assessments
- Help identify and communicate key findings, risks, and opportunities to clients and deal teams
- Prepare and review transaction-related deliverables including QoE reports and financial models
- Collaborate with assurance, tax, and business advisory teams on comprehensive client engagements
- Support business development and practice growth initiatives alongside senior team members
- Develop your technical skill set under the direct mentorship of experienced TAS professionals
What We Are Looking For
- CPA or CMA preferred or actively pursuing
- 3–5+ years of transaction advisory experience
- Both buy and sell side experience required — please note your percentage split in your application
- Middle market client experience strongly preferred — average client revenue $20M–$150M
- Industry experience across construction, manufacturing, professional services, private equity, logistics, or real estate a plus
- Strong financial analysis and quality of earnings experience
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working fully remote
