Title: Tax Manager | Established Miami CPA Firm | Construction & Real Estate Focus

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

Compensation: $125k–$160k base | Bi-annual bonuses + profit sharing

Requirements: 1–2+ years tax management experience | CPA or EA preferred


We are a well-established Miami CPA firm with 80+ professionals, hiring a Tax Manager to lead client engagements across construction, real estate, and closely-held business portfolios. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex tax returns and compliance for construction, real estate, and small business clients
  • Review and supervise work of tax seniors and staff
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development
  • Support and grow into international tax initiatives


Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of tax management experience with solid tenure history
  • Strong accounting and bookkeeping foundation
  • CPA or EA preferred
  • Experience with small-to-mid market clients
  • Construction, real estate, or closely-held business background is a plus
  • Proficiency with CCH ProSystems and CCH Engagement preferred


Total Compensation

  • Base: $125,000–$160,000
  • Bi-annual performance bonuses (summer and year-end)
  • Profit sharing
  • 80% employer-paid medical and dental
  • 4% 401(k) match
  • 15–20 PTO days
  • Continuing education support
