Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Network / Wireless Delivery Engineer to join a growing post-sales engineering team. This is a hands-on, client-facing delivery role focused on implementing and supporting enterprise networking and wireless solutions across multi-vendor environments.

You will work directly with project managers, account executives, and customer stakeholders to deploy and optimize LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure solutions. The role is remote with approximately 20–30% travel to client sites as needed for implementations and key engagements.

This is a true post-sales delivery role - focused on execution, deployment, troubleshooting, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and deploy enterprise network solutions including routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure
• Configure and support Cisco, Aruba, and Meraki platforms across customer environments
• Lead wireless deployments including controller-based architectures, access point rollouts, and troubleshooting
• Perform upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure refresh projects
• Support firewall implementations and basic security integrations in coordination with security engineers
• Conduct health checks, remediation efforts, and optimization projects
• Provide detailed technical documentation and knowledge transfer to client IT teams
• Serve as an escalation resource for complex post-deployment issues

Required Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or delivery roles
• Strong experience with Cisco enterprise networking (Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, IOS-XE)
• Experience with Aruba wireless and/or Meraki wireless solutions
• Solid understanding of Layer 2/3 networking (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP, VPNs)
• Experience with wireless site surveys, controller-based deployments, and RF troubleshooting
• Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Certifications such as CCNP (Enterprise or Wireless) preferred; CCNA with strong experience will also be considered.

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working within a VAR, MSP, or Systems Integrator environment
• Exposure to SD-WAN (Meraki, Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic firewall configuration (Cisco FTD, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
• Experience with network automation tools or scripting is a plus
