The Role:

As an Audit Manager, you’ll oversee audit engagements, lead talented teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote-first work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple audit engagements from planning through completion
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and clear communication
• Review workpapers and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing training and performance feedback

What We're Looking For:

• Active CPA
• Minimum 5+ years Public Accounting & Audit Exp.
• Currently a Supervisor or Manager leading an Audit team
• Prior experience with Non-Profit, State/Local Government, or Educational Clients (strongly preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a remote work setting, with occasional travel for client needs
