As client demand continues to grow, we're expanding our Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice - a group that focuses on outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and advisory support. This department has quickly become one of our fastest-growing service offerings and will remain a major focus going into 2026. We work closely with business owners to provide real-time insight while acting as an extension of their internal finance function.

What You'll Do:

• Review financial statements, flag trends or issues, and provide practical insights
• Prepare and present financial reports to clients
• Oversee payroll, related tax filings, monthly reconciliations, and close activities
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coach and review the work of junior team members

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7+ years of public accounting experience, and currently with a CPA or Business Consulting firm
• Experience supervising CAS teams and managing client relationships
• Understanding of federal and state & local reporting requirements
• Comfortable with modern, cloud-based CAS tools and platforms
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and MS Suite proficiency
• Experience with cloud-based accounting tools; exposure to AI-driven platforms a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
• CPA or EA (strongly preferred, but not required)
