Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Transaction Advisory Manager with 3-7 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction advisory services, a passion for solving complex client challenges, and the ability to lead teams to success.
This is a fully remote position, offering work-life balance and the opportunity to join a dynamic team while working from anywhere!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, including financial analysis, risk assessments, and transaction structuring.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, reports, and presentations for clients.
- Review and evaluate client financials, operations, and risks related to M&A transactions.
- Provide advisory services on post-transaction integration, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, external auditors, and legal teams to ensure smooth and effective transactions.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and career development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in transaction advisory, due diligence, and compliance, preferably within a public accounting environment.
- Active CPA license is Strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience with buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes, financial analysis, and transaction compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
